Round points#

At the end of a round you score ten times your bid if you made it, and lose the same amount if you went batak. Overtricks add nothing. At partners tables the team score is the sum of both partners' scores.

The exception is the zero bid ("take no tricks"): +50 if you finish the round without a trick, −50 if you take any.

Elo rating#

Your rating uses the Elo system: everyone starts at 1200. You gain points on a win and lose them on a loss, and the size of the swing depends on your opponents' ratings — beating a stronger player pays more, losing to a weaker one costs more.

The change factor (K) is 32 normally and drops to 16 above 2000, so ratings at the top move more slowly. At partners tables the team exchanges points against the opposing pair's average rating; at classic tables every player settles individually.

Which rounds are rated?#

• A round is rated only when all four seats were played by humans for the whole round.
• Rounds played on guest accounts are unrated; the rating requires a signed-in account.
• If any player left mid-round (seat taken over by a bot), the round is unrated for everyone at the table.
• Solo rounds (against bots) are unrated too.
• You keep earning XP in unrated rounds; only Elo is unaffected.

XP and levels#

Every completed round earns XP: 10 base points, +10 if you won the round, +5 if you made your bid. Level is a pure function of total XP — each threshold sits a little higher than the last:

Peak rating#

The peak rating on your profile is the highest Elo value you have ever reached. It survives dips — it stays on record as your career best.
